My family and I have lived here for a few years and we absolutely love the people of shadow valley. We have made so many friendships that will be forever friends and we will be forever grateful. BUT… It’s time to address the Tyrannical, incompetent leadership we are forced to deal with to enjoy the friends of this community. It’s time to ask questions as the entire community. We are being lied to and potentially stolen from. I understand some of the residents are only here temporarily so it’s not worth the fight, but for those of us that plan on staying here for a while, we must demand answers.

For the past 20 years the Reaves have refused any transparency regarding any of the POA’s accounting. The reaves have a history of turning over POA’s with an inadequate reserve of funds. We fear this is what he plans to do to the main SV POA. This would leave the homeowner holding the bag for millions of dollars in repairs. Here are a few things we would be looking at if we assumed responsibility of the subdivision tomorrow.
